Our Custom Paper Design Process Pricing Payment Process & Sales Tax Shipping Sales Policy Rights Reserved OUR CUSTOM PAPER DESIGN PROCESS Every client is unique. Whether you are a bride-to-be, new parent or party-giver extraordinaire, we understand that you have very specific design requests. If you are interested in our services, please send us an email (info@didocreative.com) or call us (425.213.0194). We will set up a complimentary one-on-one consultation to discuss your vision, likes / dislikes, timeline and budget. If you live in the greater Seattle area, we can schedule an appointment to review the particulars. Otherwise, we will set up a phone conference to discuss your needs. We will provide you with a detailed questionnaire so we do not miss any design elements. Should you choose our services after the consultation, we charge a non-refundable $75 design fee ($150 non-refundable design fee for wedding invitations) for two concept designs. Shortly thereafter, we will provide you with designs, along with pricing options, in PDF format. (Want to touch and feel an actual invitation? Mock-ups are available for a nominal fee.) The final approval process takes approximately 1 – 2 weeks as we determine the appropriate wording and confirm colors, fonts, layout and paper choices. Please review your final design carefully, paying particular attention to spellings, dates, times, and contact information listed. Should you make any changes after you have given final approval, you will be charged a $75 design fee for each new content or design, plus materials, printing and time if production has already begun at the time of the requested change or completed. If everything looks exactly as you would like, please provide your final approval along with payment. Once your final approval and payment are received, production begins. This takes approximately 6 - 8 weeks for wedding invitations, and approximately 2 - 4 weeks for other stationery from the time we receive your final approval to the time we are ready to ship. This length of time varies greatly on the quantity, complexity of design, materials used and our current production schedule. We encourage you to start planning invitations early (at least 4 – 6 months prior to your wedding date). Rush orders will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will incur a 50% rush fee. [return to top] PRICING Our unique designs are in collaboration with your individual needs, and are priced accordingly depending on quantity, materials used and complexity of design. A minimum order of 50 cards is required and additional cards may be ordered in multiples of 25. You do not need a Paypal account and can securely pay via credit card through Paypal without signing up for membership. Residents of the state of Washington are subject to an 8.8% sales tax.
